DoD Releases 2025 Continental U.S. Cost-of-Living Allowance Rates
WASHINGTON, December 20, 2024 - The Defense Department released the 2025 Continental United States Cost-of-Living Allowance (CONUS COLA) rates today, and will take effect Jan. 1, 2025. In 2025, $51 million will be paid to approximately 61,000 service members stationed within CONUS.
